Rooted & Rising

Support for moms navigating a teen’s mental health or substance use challenges

When your child is struggling, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain and consumed by trying to figure out what to do next. Rooted & Rising is a supportive, live group coaching experience where you can gain understanding, learn practical tools and connect with other moms who understand how difficult this season can be.

Two Four Week Experiences

You may join either group individually or participate in both for the complete eight week experience.

Understanding Comes First. Practical Action Comes Next.

You will not be handed a perfect formula or told what you “should” do. You will receive compassionate support, practical ideas and opportunities to reflect on what makes sense for your family.

The group is led live on Zoom by Jennifer Freeman, a professional coach and Certified Invitation to Change Facilitator who brings both professional training and personal understanding to this work.

Investment

Rising: $79

Before deciding what to do, it helps to better understand what may be driving your teen’s behavior.

During these four weeks, you will explore:

• What you can and cannot control
• Why all behavior makes sense in context
• The developing teenage brain
• The overlap between mental health, trauma and substance use
• How to begin releasing shame and blame
• Ways to remain grounded when life feels uncertain

Part Two: Rising

Create an environment for change
Mondays, Oct 26th - Nov 16th 8pm-9pm Eastern Time

With greater understanding in place, you can begin exploring practical ways to respond differently and move forward.

During these four weeks, you will explore:

• Communication that strengthens connection
• Boundaries that are both compassionate and clear
• Creating conditions that support positive change
• Building a support network for yourself and your family
• Staying encouraged for the long journey
• Finding moments of joy even during a difficult season
